These habit trackers come in both weekly and monthly versions. 

Because life is hard (srsly), The Chaos Department recommends starting with the one habit a week, and take it from there. When you get the hang of the week, change it up to a month, and when you feel ready you can add another habit. Slow but steady wins the race. We have up to 4 habit pages which you can work towards steadily. To hold your hand through this process, we have made every page lighten in color as you progress. Our way of giving a gold star and a hug for the hard task of being an adult <3

Pages come in PNG and PDF for easy printing and to use, if desired, to paint behind the lines on an app like Procreate. 

It also comes in FOUR sizes, just because we want to make printing the easiest. Print it in A4, A5, US Letter and Half Letter which are the standard and journal sizes which all printers should be able to handle without issue.
